I have just bought one of these and unfortunately am having trouble with my email. I sent 5 emails with pics to different addresses, 3 received them but one didn't, it showed up sent and didn't show undelivered, I sent it several times but no luck, the address was correct so it wasn't that, so I sent it to her husband different address, but he didn't get it either :0( I sent to myself and it came in seconds. Has anyone any idea what it could be please?

Have they checked their junk mail?

Or it could be that their Email provider is blocking emails from your provider. Who are you with and who are they with?

I am with bt Tuvok and one is with yahoo and one with Skye. Never thought about junk mail but I will ask them to check, thank you for replying.

Nope nothing in junk mail, she is actually with ymail, is that the same as yahoo.I just sent an email without the pics but she didn't get that either:0(

Have you another email address that you could try sending from - perhaps setup a gmail address and try that.

Oops, went before I had finished, I used an old gmail addy which I have never used for ages and now I have 411 messages which I put in trash but how do I get rid of them altogether please?

I assume that your using the gmail app?

So do I but can't find how to empty the bin, so every so often I log on to the webmail option and do it that way - you have to request the desktop site on the ipad otherwise you get the mobile version that is just like the app!)

To get the desktop version you go to the site you want then click on the share icone in the browser - loos like [up arrow] then find the option in there for desktop site.

Thank you very much Tuvok for your help, much appreciated. Actually when I opened the iPad this morning I found that the trash box was empty?? so pleased about that, but I will remember your last post in case it happens again, thanks again.
