You can find it on their excellent 'L.A. Woman' album - owrth buying for the title track alone.

Break on Through is by the Doors and it was on their first album titled 'The Doors'. Excellent though their LA Woman album is, it did not include Break on Through.

There are many Doors compilation CDs available at inexpensive prices and most feature that song.
