Tomato Dilemma ?

I have sown Gardeners Delight, Moneymaker and a Yellow Tomato (name not known). My Jack Russell (bless her ) has knocked the seed tray labels out. They all look the same to me total 24 plants . Question is . Do I pinch out the sideshoots as they grow on all of them or none of them now I don't know the variety ? Too late to start again.
