What I thought it was begins with a P so that's out. The only thing I can come up with is vestibule but it's a chamber not a bone.Can anyone give me a shove in the right direction please ? xx

I just googled the question and came up with Vomer.

the other word you were thinking of Philtrum refers to the two lines from the nose to the upper lip
