Have they stopped making this? Haven't seen it for ages in the shops.

Thank you gingejbee - might have to run along at the weekend.

Been to Tesco Sainsburys and Asda - none :(
Mysupermarket.co.uk (which is usually reliable) is showing the 24-wash size currently available as follows:
Tesco £7.00
Morrisons £6.97
Sainsbury's £4.00
Waitrose £3.75
Asda £3.50

Thank you Buenchico. I went to do my usual shops in various supermarkets (don't ask) and they had none - not even a space where it could have been. But will maybe go further into town at the weekend and grab some.
Curious question - why so specific? Other Ariel products are just as good??? (not being nasty, just interested why you go out of your way to find that particular one) xx
The purple Ariel is a "colour" formulation....specifically for lots of coloured items that you don't want to lose their colour. They contain no bleaching agents....so colour isn't gradually removed in each wash.
I'm currently using Ariel 3 in 1 pods which says 'colour and style' on the container. I use them for my coloured things and haven't had any problems at all. Is that the same as purple Ariel? The pods themselves are white, purple and green.

That's ok Hellywelly. It's one of few that I don't react to. The only other that I don't come out in lovely itchy blotches is Sainsburys own. Plus I like the smell too, I know it sounds crazy but certain scents make me feel ill (certain times are worse) I use Ariel Green or Daz for whites and Surcare liquid as Fabric conditioner. I'm not too keen on the tablets as had problems with them in the past. But I'm not saying I wouldn't consider them again.
Oh I never thought of that, being allergic to things. I apologise. Hope you find them - you might write direct to Ariel and tell them how they suit you - you might get a free sample!!

I never thought about that Helly! Thank you. Might write to the supermarkets too and tell them they need to stock it. Don't worry about it though. :)
