how can the south arfican home office take money out of your account by mistake and say it will repay you within 90 days this was last December we have the mp helping us but to no joy they just say we dealing with it,surely they cant treat us like that.

Sunnyp- clearly you are a very helpful/caring person but rather than getting yourself embroiled in the complexities of the application process you should leave that to your friends so you can focus on getting them to repay the money you lent them over an agreed timescale (or write the money off). These things can sometimes become complicated if too many people are involved and data protection/confidentiality means that only those who applied for the visa etc can get answers

thanks,and yeah I am to clearly too helpful and caring,thats my problem!!! I do it for a living!ive I contacted my friend today and yes I'm just concentrating on getting my money back!! and that's all,thanks again for your comments will look forward to letting you know the outcome!
