Marks And Sparks Empire Pie.
One of the permanently offended and outraged has complained that a M & S pie celebrates "Colonial Deaths" and leaves a nasty taste in her mouth. Where do these people get their ideas? Empire Pie. No Tartar sauce then and I suppose a Victoria Sponge is out of the question.

I bought them when Marks first introduced them. Liked 'em so much I got a recipe and now I make my own. Only I call it Indian Shepherd's Pie, not out of political correctness but because that's what it is. I don't read the Morning Star because I am outraged by the suffering and deprivation that Communism inflicted and continues to inflict.
