Headaches!!

Does anyone get headaches after sex. Especially after a particularly good session. Does anyone know what causes them?

Yes definately, blood rush increase I suppose! Well i always assumed.

Your supposed to get the headache before sex so that you can get out of doing it ;) lol!!

I thought that sex was good for getting rid of headaches. Well, that's what my husband tells me!x

Thats what I have been told to. Not everyeime but sometimes, I get a crippling headache thats really intense. I have to have climaxed and I thought maybe it was pressure or something somehow.

Goodsoulette...You are not alone,i had the same trouble for awhile,but it seemed to pass.

The only two things I can think of is..

1. you get dehydrated... drink plenty of water before fun sex..

2. you might have natural on the lower side blood presure and a rapid change in heart rate brings up the blood presure just abit enough to give you abit of a headache. ((I have really low blood presure so I get headaches very easy, Dr said to drink MORE water)))

Definitely see your Doctor. I know you are not alone cos I've heard of this on tv before but cannot remember anything other than that. I very much doubt if the doctor would laugh and if they did just laugh with them and then make them give you an answer
