each crime program I see, they all seem to show a black person getting stopped / arrested, am I imagining this or is it right?

because its a fact blacks commit more crime than whites
Or a fact that blacks are more likely to live in deprived poor areas.
Do you count everyone who is not white as black?

I see a multitude of colours getting stopped/arrested when I watch a crime program.

I watch those Police Camera Action type shows all the time, all sorts of everybody on the ones I watch.

Innocent blacks are targeted by the police all the time.

This one had his windscreen smashed in because of his colour.

It will largely depend on the demographics of the are the programme is set, also how the scenes are chosen for the end result.

So you may end up watching a programme with more black people one episode and more white people the next.
It has got a lot to do with poverty.
At one time (think it has improved now) 85% of 'stop and search' was on black males between 15 and 25.
Yes Eddie...so more likely to be caught up to no good.
