Why Hasnt This 'woman' Been Jailed?

Just when will Judges start sorting out the mess in this country?

This piece of scum drinks up to 3 bottles of wine and yet is unemployed. How is it she can afford to do that?

Drinking 3 bottles of wine a day leads me to the conclusion that she has a drink problem, therefore she needs help.

What is the point of locking someone up who is sick and will not get the medical help that she needs.

Better that she gets help to kick the booze and then is treated to the justice system.

Because, as you say, the judges/magistrates she appears in front of are giving her non-custodial sentences.

These don't seem to have any deterrent factor so the next one really ought to be a few weeks behind bars.

Unlikely she drinks 3 bottles of wine everyday. She'd be constantly peed and that's not without the cost.

I would guess she hasn't been jailed because of the children.

Drinks 'up to'. Probably buys three bottles for a tenner now and again, maybe has boyfriends who treats her. Maybe she brews her own - £1 a litre.

Surely the children should be removed from a drunken violent waste of space.

No doubt more kids lined up for CAMHS in a few years.

Maybe she gets peed when the kids are at their dads. She could be an excellent mother. I'm not going to question her parenting skills. My kids didn't have a clue what I got up to when they weren't about.

She's a violent drunk though so really needs to stop drinking.

And I do believe she should have been jailed.

She is a role model monday to friday, at weekends she is a drunk, courts sit on a weekday so the lady is sober then. Many prisoners get weekends at home so it should be easy to find a cell for her on a saturday and sunday and let her be the role model during the week. Kids should be taken into care on weekends.

She hasnt disturbed airports/highways/flights nor imported illegals by sharing passports; all at huge inconvenience & expense to tax payers, though her fine was higher. All she did was row with her new bf when cops got in the mix......boo hoo ;)
