dropping blood sugars and a slight panic attack. No idea what's brought this on but I'd like it to go as I'm tired it's been a busy day yesterday and I need to sleep xx

Morning!

Try the old 4-7-8 breathing thing:
Breathe in through the mouth (4 sec)
Hold breath (7 sec)
Blow out through slightly pressed together lips (8 sec)
Slows the heart rate and makes you feel relaxed, hopefully will send you to sleep.
It works for me.
Also works when something makes you stressy during the day.

I fell asleep - as you may have guessed. Will definitely remember the breathing techniques though.
Also count out loud to 10, it brings the breathing back into line.
