Where were Social Services is an absolutely valid point.

The ethnicity of the parents is not, in my view.

Well someone was involved or they wouldn't have known she didn't supplement her breast milk after being advised to.

It seems professionals were on the case almost throughout, obviously more should have been done and sooner.

He was born late November and one month later the parents took him to hospital where he was found to be malnourished.
Within 15 days a midwife visited the baby and he was rushed to hospital. The parents refused to let the baby stay in hospital so he was taken in to care.

I think the authorities did a good job.
