A few points...is it definitely the TV? Can everybody hear it or just you?
Is the humming from the electronics of the set (ie is it there all the time even when the volume is set to "mute") or is it coming through the speakers (so it's volume increases as the volume of the programme is turned up)?

Everyone can hear it Gingejbee, and no you cannot hear it when on mute.

Perhaps it doesn't know the words.

Maybe a transformer issue ?
Sounds like 'mains hum' due to the 50 Khz 240v A/C mains frequency.
It should not be a problem so if the set is under guarantee call out an engineer , there is probably a simple solution, like a dodgy connector.
Oh; not on mute. Apologies. Good luck filtering it out.
Cooling Fan maybe Fruit, but it should be heard with the Mute on.
Do you have anything close to the TV such as a cordless phone / mobile phone / radio?
As fender says I had a similar problem - try removing the earth temporarily to see if that identifies the problem.
Sounds like mains hum from the power supply possibly a faulty capacitor though this seems to be an issue with Samsung TV's
