I think this actress Michelle something or other is really lovely, a beautiful young lady, but I find it very hard to understand her. Where is she supposed to be from ?

Keegan was born in Stockport, Cheshire,[3] the daughter of an English father and Gibraltarian mother.[4] She attended St Patrick's RC High School in Salford,[5] and later the Manchester School of Acting.[6] She worked at Selfridges in the Trafford Centre,[7] and as a check-in agent at Manchester Airport.[8]
