I want to send someone a picture of a house I found on streetview. They have tried to find it from my directions but cant. I have tried saving the page and emailing the link but that doesnt work.

Any ideas how I can just send them the picture of the house?

With the picture of the house on your screen, open the "snipping tool". Open a box around the picture and save the file. You can then email the jpeg as an attachment.

I don't know why you can't take a screen print - I have.

I usually just do a screen print without problems

When you use "Print Screen", it's copied to the clipboard. Open "Paint" (eg) & paste it in there, save as a jpeg & attach that to the email.

Why bother trying to save the page.? Just right click onto the address of the page then copy and paste the link directly into e/mail. As one would if putting say an Amazon page link into Answerbank.

One of the difficulties in giving long range advice Hans. Apparently print screen and mailing the link didn't work. Unsure what Barmaid was actually doing but something went awry.
