I have an old Slimming World handbook - with the Red and Green options. Sweetcorn is free on the Green option but I can't find any reference to it in the Red. Is it a healthy "b" option on Red like peas and beans are? Thanks.

If I remember correctly I think that it was Synned on Red days. - like parsnips? not 100% though have slept since then. ;o)

On the 'new' extra easy plan sweet corn if free, but not super free.
