Bt Tv

I'm thinking of getting BT Broadband and TV as I have generally had no problems with BT in the past and I don't need as many channels as Sky offers - I only really want the sports channels.
What are people's experiences with BT TV? I understand it's all done done via the broadband rather than dish? Do you find it works OK or do you experience a lot of lag?

I changed to BT when I moved to a smaller property. At first I was told that I couldn't have a dish because it was a listed building. After I moved in, however I learnt that I, was allowed one it just had to be on the side of the building..

I have BT Youview and I'm quite happy with it. I'm not into Sports though my whole package - unlimited broadband, phone and Youview works out about £20/month cheaper than I was paying for, Sky.

The only way I recognise a "lag" I see if I'm Facetiming my daughter and she has the same programme on as, me. You wouldn't notice it at all. Why would you?

No problems with the service from BT so far. I hear their Sports package is very good.

I have BT Youview. OH is to sport and each year there seems to be more and more football matches being shown and also rugby games. The sport documentaries are also a good watch. I pay approx £45 per month for BT Sport, Unlimited broadband and phone (evening & weekend calls free). The only interference I notice is when the weather is really bad.

Actually Sycamore, I used to get a lot More, interference when I relied on the dish to receive the signal. High winds affected it, which doesn't happen, now

Just changed to Bt and it seems to work fine. Got the fibre broadband unlimited, anytime calls, line and tv for £47 a month. Half of the amount we were paying Sky. The only problem we had at first was that we were not told that that hub or router had to be in the same room as the tv box but that is sorted now. With Sky we had the router in one room and sky box in another.
