BT have asked me to change this but the website security will not accept my answer to the question on my mother's maiden name; it simply invites me to try again. I cannot find a telephone helpline number. Please can you help?

Are you using a capital letter where lower case is required (or vice versa)?

Remember that 'smith' and 'Smith' are seen as different answers.
