How is everyone?? Beautiful hotel, staff can't do enough for you but.... I'd really like to try a villa holiday next time. Have seen some odd things, like a baby in a high chair and the father literally smothering the child's meal with salt before feeding it to him. Couldn't believe my eyes - baby was no more than 10 months old....

The temperature in Turkey is currently between 80 and 90 degrees. Under those conditions extra salt is recomended. Not enough salt will result in fatigue and will be worse

In hot weather, people are most ignorant of their sodium needs. You should always replace fluids, salt, sugar, and protein in hot weather.

They weren't English but seriously the amount was ridiculous! I've barely eaten - I never do when on holiday lol. On Saturday we are going to the mud baths and then on a trip to see the turtles as they swim up to the boat , then to a sanctuary to visit poorly turtles lol.

Snowball different cultures have different definitions as to what's right and wrong - we think we are right but who knows? Now stop worrying over something you can't change and enjoy your holiday - sounds absolutely great.

Unless the baby had just been running a marathon or doing a heavy exercise session on the beach, then I doubt if there was much of a health benefit :-)
