I have had to have my pc reset to factory setting and have lost my windows 10 , can anyone please tell me how to get it back. many thanks

I am no techy but go to www.snipca.com/20069 & click download tool now.
Run, accept then choose upgrade this PC now. Follow on-screen steps.

Advice is from a Mag called Computer Active, reliable.
