I have decided coded to start drinking this in the mornings. Any one with experience have any tips? It's all a bit scary and weird trying it a line for the 1st time lol.
I, too, would like to know the rationale behind drinking sodium bicarbonate and lemon (juice?)...your teeth (if your own) won't like the erosion effect of the lemon juice and your blood-pressure won't like the huge sodium intake. So what's the reason for this madness?
Also, one is acid and the other is a base and they will react with each other, much like making volcanoes with vinegar and bicarb. If you add neat lemon juice to powdered bicarb it is just going to froth up and likely bubble over the sides of the cup....
Right....I see now. I know when mixed, there will be much effervescence....lots of fizzing and froth, bit like a budget version of Andrews/Enos salts then.
