Can anyone tell me the easiest way to travel from Guildford, Surrey or Horsham, W Sussex to Stansted Airport using public transport on a Friday morning!

If you want to avoid central London, National Express run a frequent service from Gatwick Airport to Stansted Airport, requiring you only to get from Horsham (which isn't far) - if you are travelling by bus from London to Stansted, best bet is to go from Waterloo (landing point for trains from Guildford) to Stratford by Jubilee line & pick up the airport bus from there.
