Hi, stuck on some puzzles

1. Odd one out 45 18 81 54 65 27
Thought it might be 65 as that's the only number doesn't divide by 9, but that seemed to easy!

2. How far is the museum?
Art Gallery. - 26 metres
Library. - 18 metres
Town Hall - 20 metres
Museum. - ?

Art Gallery has 3 vowels (12 metres) and 7 consonants (14 metres); total 26 metres
Library has 2 vowels and 3 consonants so it = (2 x4m) +(5 x2m)= 18m
Town Hall = (2x4m) + (6 x 2m) = 20m
Museum= (3 x 4m) +(3 x 2m) = 18m

So do I. I mistyped the number of consonants in LIBRARY- it has 5 consonants
