My Escort M Reg has an immobiliser, and sometimes when I start it it goes and other times it won't. It seems that possibly no fuel is getting through, any ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Hi Kingkyle.

My Mreg 1.4 Escort Mistral has a red rectangular LED next to the clock on the dash. I think from memory this can flash in a certain way to indicate an imobiliser fault. Mine isn't fitted with an alarm just the imobiliser. I think on models from the LX up an alarm and imobilser are fitted as standard as opposed to just the imobiliser on base models. Have you tried running the car with the red key? it may be a problem with the programming on your standard key.
