All met with appallingly gruesome deaths at the hands of maniacs driven by the same evil religious philosophy so why one and not the others? Is the church remiss here?

n. There are apparently over 10,000 saints the Catholic Church venerates, so add them all I say, including those being crucified and beheaded by ISIS.

I mention Bonhoeffer because not being catholic he isn't eligible for sainthood, though his death like so many other protestants is just as worthy of recognition and they are classed as a 'Christian martyrs'.
