Hi everyone,

i have two questions about a 1996 mini i have bought.

1. it is a mini Equinox and is limited edition, is it best to keep it as an equinox, or change it so it looks more like a mini cooper? It already has fog lights, stripes on the bonnet, and bull bars. But at the moment it is Equinox, not cooper, styling.

2. How do you remove the radio? i can't seem to get it out to put a new one in!

Its great personalising minis so wouldn't be too worried about changing the spec.

Personally I wouldn't go for an out and out cooper replica as you might as well have brought a cooper in the first place. I'd get rid of the bullbars too. Chrome arches would look nice against the purple colour of the equinox and would match the chrome bumpers.
