Party Game

Can anyone tell me the name of a party game? I saw it on-line during the summer.

There is a contraption that each person puts in their mouth, which effectively makes it impossible to close your mouth. Then, you have to say the specific words that are given on the cards and make yourself, understood.

Ha ha ha, Tilly. That's what it's for. Ideal for my newly married daughter and her husband and will even be fun for my son's family with my two little granddaughters.
