Us Presidential Election Is Re-Run Possible?

As Trump is now ( as I predicted) saying he will not accept the result , if it's not fair, Is it even theoretically possible for it to be declared void and re-run?
If so what happens, does Obama stay in power while it all is organised?
Will Trump ever accept that he is just the worst out of two poor candidates?

then an election isnt re run
it is run validly for the first time .....

hasnt happened so they make up the rules as they go along
as happened with johnson when he was impeached 1867
in that case they went back to the british rules of impeachment which hadnt then been used for 60 y - last one in england 1803

as for what one does in invalid elections
huge state law for all this

what happened with Bush and the hanging chav controversy
and whether the elections in florida were valid ?

well they'd have to have clear evidence of fraud. No doubt they will invite a whole scrummage of foriegn observers to scrutinise. Unlikely to be a rerun, maybe a few recounts in the swing states.

I know about Obama staying until January. I was asking if in the situation that there was widespread fraud found which invalidates the result is there a procedure to re run the election, if it happens I can see it taking many months to sort out. I do not think it will happen just interested to see if there is a plan of action if such a situation did happen.

If Trump refuses to accept the result and it, however unlikely, resulted in a re-run it might give the Republicans an opportunity to dump him.

I don't think Trump wants to win.

If I was convinced there was going to be real election fraud I would keep my mouth shut and gather as much evidence as I could then present it on the close.

All he is doing **** IF**** there were fraud is giving the opposition fare warning to distroy or better disguise the evidence.

As it is I think it is just him knowing he is going to lose and trying to save face now.

Yes Trump does not seriously believe the election is 'rigged'
If/when he loses he may complain but I suspect that he will not. He will congratulate Hillary and move on. And so will all of us.
Last night he didn't actually say he would NOT accept it. The start I am sure of a climb down.
His claims are idiotic, because if he WERE to win, he'd have to take back his claims, or else the democrats could challenge him on them: after all, a rigged election is a rigged election, even if it's not rigged successfully :-)
