How To Remove Super Glue
8 Answers
hi decided to renew floor tiles in bathroom, tiler came to measure up and noted bathroom fittings should be removed toilet, wash basin pedestal etc
ok, on inspection previous owner had replaced toilet and sink and pedestal
but instead of using plugs and screws as you would he has used super glue sink and pedestal to wall and floor and toilet to floor knowing my luck i would break something trying to remove, anybody out there come across this and how hard a job would this be. thanks

Acetone dissolves super glue; you can easily obtain a cheap supply - it is the main ingredient (>95%) in nail varnish remover. However I doubt that the sink and toilet have been fixed using super glue – it is much more likely that an epoxy glue has been used. This will be a much harder to remove without causing damage.
