I feel it should be tote as in tote bag - tot from the first letters of trick or treating, but I can't parse the E at the end.

Thank you both for your replies. I thought IOTA might be ok. "A" is at the end because of 2d which is - Try different plates for the desired diet (6) I put "Sample" . Is that incorrect.

I can see that LOOT could be the spoils or the 'tricks' received from trick or treating and they are in a bag. It's always hard to be certain with RTE but I can't see any further play or words
