Samsung T100 phone

I have a SamsunG T100 mobile phone and want to use it to access the internet,but when I try this,all i get is a 'network not responding' message.I have checked the phones settings and everything seems to be in order.This is the first time I have tried to use it for this purpose,am I doing something wrong? I bought the phone second hand and do not have a manual to refer to.Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi TEAK36 probably the best thing to do is ring your phone service provider especially if it's O2 as they have to send new settings to your phone. HTH
