i was just wondering can u harvest almonds in the uk? i have a almond blossom tree in my garden and the almonds have started to grow i think it is because of this heat, is it possible to harvest almonds and are they edible and if they can when do i pick them and prepare them to eat?

It depends on wheather you have an ornamental variety or the edible type (Prunus fragalis) which has white blossome with shells that break easily to get the kernals.

well i dont know the exact type but it has pink blossoms so i dont know really?

Yes, if you have a fruiting almond tree you should get nuts from it around September. We used to have several in our garden when I was a child. However, I seem to remember they have to be several years old before they start yielding any nuts.
