Never Ending Halloween , Wt .....!!!

its getting as bad as christmas holidays now, my daughter has been going on about halloween for last 2 weeks. ive seen parties being thrown in belfast for the last 3 days and another big one tonight in derry !!! everyday im thinking to myself that it must be over then tonight theres more .

when i was a kid it was only one night . whats it all about ? maybe the shops and people making money from it are pushing it .

As already said Halloween's today but most have work and school today so took the stance that this was "Halloween weekend" and parties and clubs were themed accordingly over this weekend as we do when we have a bank holiday on the Friday or Monday and it's aptly named "Bank holiday weekend"

LOl, welcome to the world of having children but as said above you can spoil them rotten then complain about the money spent overlooking the fun, memories and joy your child has had which money cannot buy or if you're looney you could always say no and be a firmer parent.

By the way, I'm tired of hearing how it's all about money for ASDA and co.

I quite like the young kids with a chaperone calling on the one night. I make fun with them and commend on their outfits.

Many parent participate with the kids' costume making and make-up, those who do not have time buy one.
'Family time' is so valuable nowadays.

If you don't like it, sellotape a "No halloween here" note on your door.

It was weird last night, there was a family T & T, the boy and girl were in ordinary clothes, Mum and Dad were dressed as Batman and Robin. I thought halloween was for children.
