I've become addicted to tinned mackerel (sp?)! Is it safe to eat every day, or is there a recommended intake?

They are high in iron and vitamin B12 and also contain Omega-3 fatty acids which are important for circulation and a healthy immune system. I do believe they also contain Calcium (but dont quote me on that!)
Not sure if there is a maximum intake per week but you might like to think about how much fatty acids you are consuming if eating them every day - again not really sure!
According to this site, up to 4 portions a week if you are not breastfeeding or intending to become pregnant.
