revelation that's what i thought, although the other half disagrees....pah i turned my late father on to them as he lived alone and was not handy in the kitchen he became a spud waffle connoisseur beans eggs spam corned beef cheese tomatos etc lol

It's probably not far off 40 years since I had a potato waffle, I now really fancy one with a dollop of brown sauce. Sadly I have neither in the house.

Ketchup on toast has also popped into my mind as a childhood favourite and I don't have bread or ketchup either.

I'll have to settle with quinoa and freekeh instead ;-)

There are some splendid YouTube videos of Pop up Toaster experiments - some worthy of the SAS so dangerous they are.
