I didn't know either, so I just had to look it up (good old wikopedia). Its an alien from Dr Who see link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slitheen - apparently coz they inhabit other peoples bodies they have to wear collars to compress their large bodies into smaller ones - so they tend to pick on big bodied people - hence Diggory!!

Eric Potts,who plays Diggory,played a Slitheen in the Doctor Who episode Aliens Of London.

One of their more charming traits was a constant passing of wind due to having to squeeze the huge slitheen body into the comparatively small human body.
