Ugly Bug Ball

I am stuck on the Ugly Bug Ball (page 41 of Oxford Prize Puzzles issue 108)

The question is "Undesirable Panto Character which from my workings is "ARIZELLA" but a search hasn't revealed any such character.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Where did your Arizella come from. Is there some supplementary info- a grid to give letters or an anagram to solve?

Drizella was an Ugly Sister

Could it be Grizelda one of the ugly sisters in Cinderella?

Grizelda was my thought too. Haven't heard of Drizella but that is very close to the suggested answer
