Trouble is Gromit...is Trump a real Republican ?

Not many in the Party seem to like him or respect him. He is on a different planet compared to say, Senator John McCaine.

There is no doubt though he is tapping into the working mans fears. As a good supporter of the down trodden I'm quite surprised at you anger towards him.

YMB...Trump gives the American Man false hope, with his talk of walls, and his constant racism.

He says he is going to make America great again, whatever that means.
He says he is going to create millions of new manufacturing jobs, but hasn't explained how he is going to do that.

He will be up against the universal thorny problem of how to bring jobs back to America. When China can make things at a fraction of the cost, how will he persuade the American people to either work for less pay, and/or pay considerably more for everyday ordinary consumer goods ?

Up until now, its been an awful lots of hot air and waving his hands about on platforms. From January next year, he will have to actually do something, rather than just ranting, and he has yet to say what he intends doing.

Its not like USA is a dictatorship like North Korea. Trump may have some ridiculous ideas but US Presidents aren't that powerful at making key decisions. That's the job of congress.
