Flying Business With Ba - Access To First Class Lounge?

Is First Class solely for First Class??
Am flying Business with BA to Tenerife in December. Do I have access to their First Class lounge at Gatwick?
(Can't get any response from BA on this.) Thanks.

No. You'll just have to slum it in the Business Class lounge: http://www.b ritishairway s.com/en-gb/ information/ lounges/busi ness-lounges

Clicking on 'Lounges' on this page shows that BA's First and Terraces Lounges at Gatwick are currently not in use anyway. Instead, they're inviting relevant customers to make use of the No 1 Lounge in the North Terminal (which is otherwise available to all travellers for £28 in advance or £35 on the door):

I assume that from the 25th of January the No 1 Lounge in the South Terminal will then be used (as BA flights will fly from there from that date) until such time as BA's own lounges are available again.
