Can`t remember if I have asked this before (don`t think I have). Do you tip your hairdresser when they are the person who owns the salon? After all, they get the profit.

I tip the hairdresser, but I'd shop around a bit more for your highlights. Here are some typical prices to bench mark against. http://cropshop.uk.com/prices/

3 years ago I tipped my kitchen fitters £100 each. They were so worth it. You tip as you feel

Flipping heck - I`ve just booked a guy who charges £126 for a full head of highlights (don`t think I`m having a full head though) so that has decided me - I`m not tipping!
