I've been having difficulty getting a refund from a company from whom I bought a sat-nav which would not work. If I take the claim to the Small Claim's Court it will cost me £25. Can I include this as part of the claim?

Thanks for that chelle. I looked on the official website but could find nothing there. The claim will only be around £300, so £25 out of that is significant if I can't get it back from them.

you now have to start the claim elecgtronically ( MCOL)
dont forget to send a letter-before-action claiming your thrity knicker first

and before you start the action they make your read the accompanying notes which includes details like this

Not strictly true. While it's probably simplest to claim online you can also do it by post. Further, if you're claiming remission of the court fees because you're on relevant benefits (or simply have only a low income) you CAN'T claim online; you MUST do it by post.

Bhg, I had an issue with a ebay seller earlier this year, it cost me £25 for the S.C.C. I retrieved this with the total amount, don't except anything less, you are within your right.
