Freeview

When I first had my freeview telly everything was fine,but lately quite a few channels have gone.I have tried retuning the set,still no difference.Any ideas I can try before calling out the aerial people?

Make sure you are resetting from scratch and not telling it to simply look for new channels to add.

Also make sure if applicable, you are selecting correct regions.

I had a similar problem when updated my Freeview box, it turned out that the Broadband Extenders were not compatible with the new box. I got in touch with BT and they sent out new ones free of charge the same day. Hope this helps

It would seem that after using some of your info there are 2 transmitters in my area,and I would probably be better on the other one,so I will try that.
