I Meant To Include This In My Last Posting A Couple Of Minutes Ago....
One of the court cases I mention in the previous posting requires that I provide certain evidence that exists as audio files in either of two computers, some CD's and some USB flash drives. My problem is that I'm not really that tech savvy and with my limited abilities I couldn't be sure that I could find all the relevant files and also that I don't damage or lose any files. Even once I extract these files to a one location I would still have to sort them as to relevance to any particular case though that part I could handle I think. I had intended to engage someone specialist in this field to do this. The real problem for me is one of cost, since experiencing the joy of civil litigation over the last few years I don't think or at the very least couldn't be sure if I could afford this. Since this case has at last been given legal aid I did wonder if the cost of retrieving/finding these files could be covered by legal aid, I can't see it would cost very much ? Does any one have any ideas on this please ?
Thank you, NNN.
