The cat I took in off my friend from school has gone back to be with her. He just wasn't bonding with my brood and Maxi who is scared of NOTHING was terrified of him.

I feel sad but I know it was for the best as I couldn't put my lot through any more stress than was needed.

Hope you are all well...just had to get that out my system

It is a shame, but you have to side with the incumbents if a newcomer is not fitting in.

Animals are like humans, they don't like everyone.
My Vet told me that the problem is cats usually don't like other cats. If your little pride is happy together adding a stranger could start in WWIII.

Got it in one andy - they don't! I loved him as much as he others.

I think partly he's such a dominant wee chappie too, he was also an Alpha and I have one of those already.
