Ebay Returned Sale

Buyer returned iphone 6s @£325, complaining it didnt hold its charge. Ebay refunded buyer sale price after goods were returned. I tested iphone & it works as it should. Ebay has charged me £50 for the transaction.

is ebay charge fair ?

Thought eBay was 10% ,was postage 150 quid ?

10% is £32.5, not sure of postage cost. Either way, there is no fault with the iphone.

contact eBay customer service and raise a dispute. Tell them the phone works perfectly.
