Serious answer: Yes, history has repeated itself in my life, but not habitually. I tend to learn my lesson from bad events so they don't re-occur. So all in all it's fairly positive. :o) Oh, except for work, which is slightly out of my control.

Am I making any sense whatsoever?

It probably does if you don't learn from previous mistakes..therefore you carry on doing those things that make other things happen and history repeats itself in a negative manner..and oh dear I have gone into one haven't I?

yep....making sense. I haven't a clue why i never learn!!! i think they see me coming!!! 3x sold and bought, 3x stitched both ends lol!!!

why would history repeating itself make us think in only negative ways? what about if you won the lottery twice? i've won at least 2 tenners in 4 yrs lol...

Oh yes..what I meant was that most of the time people say 'history repeats itself' with regards to negative things..like getting run over or your partner cheating on you yet again ;o)

I suppose it's the way we always focus on the negative rather than the positive? that happens a lot..we never take the time to look into the good stuff!

My cousin won a few hundred on the lottery once..then the following week won a Mini Cooper. That's history repeating itself in a good way, eh?
