Sea Bass Vs Big Mac

I have sea bass with poncy roasted veg and herb oil for supper.

The trouble is I really want a Big Mac. :-(

I remember staying in the mid 80s with my cousin who lived in California. We used to eat at Wendy`s, Jack In The Box, etc. That put me off for life. I am very partial to a McDonalds sausage and egg Mc Muffin,

the quality's quite variable in the States; I've had ones that are scrumptious and some that felt like eating a brick. I've never had a bad Wendy's, but maybe I've just been lucky.

Best McDonalds sausage and egg mcmuffic is in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. You would be surprised to see how many locals (mainly men) are in there at six o clock in the morning.

I'd be there at 6am too, if I could get out of bed in time. They're my guilty pleasure when we're on the motorway.

I only get out of bed at 6 am in the far east due to the time change. Mind you, I`ll be falling asleep by tea time but that is the way it goes.

When I was in Thailand years ago a new McDonalds had just opened. The staff treated the customers like they were eating in a Michelin restaurant.

Can rarely avoid farmed versions in supermarkets :-( If stocks of wild is in peril then they should catch less and sell at a premium as a treat.
