how do i find out what memory i have on my computer?

Go to crucial.com and they have a facility which will scan your system and tell you what memory you have and how much you can add. It will give you details of your memory type and space you have.


If you are considering taking the memory out of your unit be aware of handling rules, such as the effects of static on computer parts. No problem to someone with a little practical knowledge and the handling rules will also apply if adding memory.

or you can go to "My Computer" then View System Information in General it will tell you the RAM (memory)
