I have a littlewoods index credit card. I want to make additional payments in between statements.  Does anyone have a contact number for them apart from the automated line where i hear my balance?

What exactly is it you need to know if not your balance? How to go about making any payments?

With my credit card (with someone else entirely) I have a direct debit set up to pay the full amount and my statement says that if I make additional payments, these will be ignored and the full amount will still be debited.

Is it something like this you're looking to ask or just
"where do I send the cheque"
or
"to which sort code and account number do I send telephone banking payments"
??

There may be a contact number on your statement, or even in the catalogue. All I can tell you from memory is that Barclaycard do all the legwork for their credit card so you could try calling them.

i have the same card..the best way to make additional payments is call your bank and by giving them the credit card number they should be able to pay it for you..this is the way i do it...if you want to call their customer service line it is 0845-3000542 they wil probably tell you the same as usually they do not take payments over the phone
