Iphone Videos

Mate of mine got a new iphone and, presumably thru iCloud, put videos from his old iPhone on his new iPhone....but they've come out widescreen /letterbox format. How can he make them full screen like his original videos are?

Hey mate,

Give this a try: highlight your iPhone from the sidebar in your iTunes account. Select ‘Summary Page’ on the right side of your iTunes account. Then, choose the option ‘Manually manage music and videos’. Re-sync your account with your phone. It should work. Online backup [ http://www.servicedcloud.com/cloud-solutions/backup-dr ] like the cloud can be a little tricky to use at times, especially with all of the different iOS updates. Good luck!

Thank you, Mack. The videos I'm referring to are ones I've made myself on my iPhone, not music videos off iTunes. Does that make a difference?
